Why pay your rent?
It is important to pay your rent on time as it is our main source of income to provide services to you and all our other customers. This is why we make every effort to provide you with the necessary support and advice on how to pay your rent, but the responsibility to make sure your rent is paid to us either directly from yourself or a payment from an agency (benefit is down to you).
How to pay my rent
When you were signed up you would have been offered two ways to pay your rent
- Direct Debit – Please contact us if you would like to set up a direct debit form.
- Online Payments through our website – We have teamed up with PayPal so that you can pay your rent through an online system. This is a secure way to pay your rent and, while you will be asked for your details, these are only recorded until your payment reaches your rent account and then they are deleted. PayPal is an easy to use way to pay your rent when ever you want.
Problems in paying your rent
If you are unable to pay your rent in full, please contact us as a matter of urgency.
We will look to offer you support and advice about where you can get help, we can also make arrangements with you if you fall behind with your payments. The most important thing is to contact us if you have any problems paying your rent.
